All estimates are based on the information provided by the client. Pricing, timelines, and project scopes may change if:

Final costs and timelines will always be confirmed in writing before work proceeds.

3. Project Timelines

We strive to meet projected timelines. However, construction work may be delayed due to:

  • Supply chain issues
  • Permit delays
  • Site conditions
  • Changes requested by the client
    Integrity Construction is not liable for delays outside our control.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms and schedules are outlined in each project contract. In general:

  • Deposits may be required before work begins
  • Progress payments may be invoiced at key project milestones
  • Final payment is due upon substantial completion
    Late payments may result in work stoppage or additional fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide access to the job site during agreed-upon hours
  • Make timely decisions to keep the project moving
  • Communicate changes or concerns promptly
  • Maintain a safe, hazard-free environment for our team

Delays caused by the client may result in timeline or cost adjustments.

6. Materials & Product Warranty

Integrity Construction honors all applicable manufacturer warranties for materials and products.
Craftsmanship warranty details are outlined in each client contract.

Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or third-party work is not covered.

7. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All content, including images, text, branding, and project photos, is the property of Integrity Construction unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.

8. Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep all content on this website accurate and up-to-date. However:

  • Project photos represent past work and are not guarantees of future outcomes
